Luca: The Ripple Effect Book 5 (paperback pre-order)

He can rewrite the worst night of his life. But history has a way of taking more than it gives.

It’s 2051, and Luca Beech-Richter has felt nothing but guilt since his girlfriend, Susie, died three years ago.

When he starts time travelling to 1995, it shouldn’t be possible—Time Travel Disorder only ever strikes women. But there’s no other explanation. He’s the first male case.

He soon realises this might be a way to fix things: get a warning to the right person in the past, and prevent Susie’s death. But he can’t do it alone. Enter Matt Richards, the guy who lives on the property that will one day belong to Luca’s parents.

Thrown together, Luca and Matt quickly grow close. Luca tells himself they’re just really good friends. But somewhere between travel episodes, Matt’s shack starts to feel less like a stopover and more like somewhere he truly wants to be.

When Luca’s plan to save Susie goes awry, everything he thought he understood about himself starts to unravel. And the only person he wants to talk to about it isn’t in 2051. It’s someone who lives sixty years in the past.

Luca: The Ripple Effect Book 5 is a story about grief, identity and how far you’d go for a love you never saw coming.

Please note: this book features a love story between two men.

This fifth instalment is best enjoyed after the first four books in the series.
